If you need to see how you filled out your W-9 tax form, follow these easy steps:
Open your Veryable app and sign in if necessary.
Click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner (three lines).
Click the Pre-Reqs tab.
Click “Request a Copy” under the W9 Tax Form option and you will receive a copy via email.
If you need a copy of your current 1099-K:
As the facilitator of your Op payments, to qualify for a 1099-K you must have made over $20,000 and have had over 200 payouts. Qualified recipients will be able to check their eligibility and will receive an email to give consent for e-delivery, if you do not you will receive your 1099 via USPS to the address on file.
If your email has changed and you need it updated, please let us know.
Reminder: Even if you don’t qualify for a 1099-K, you may still need to report your income to the IRS. We recommend consulting a tax professional for guidance on your specific tax obligations.
