What does it mean to be added to a Labor Pool?

Once you have worked an Op for a business and they rate your performance highly, they have the option to add you to their Labor Pool. Being added to the Labor Pool is a big deal for you as an Operator; this designates you as a preferred Operator to that business. Businesses are more likely to invite an Operator to an Op or accept the bids from the Operators within their Labor Pool.
