Your reliability rating comes from two main areas: disputes and withdraws. A company can dispute you for the following reasons: no-showing to the Op, arriving outside of the start time window, showing up unprepared, etc. Any disputes will affect your reliability rating <b>negatively</b>. If you are bidding on Ops and then having to withdraw, the withdrawals will affect your reliability rating <b>negatively</b>. The closer to the start time you withdraw, the higher the negative impact on your profile
