How do I get accepted for my first Op?

On our platform, you will need to bid on Ops that match your skills and schedule and then wait to be accepted by the business. 

The bidding process is exactly that - a process. It may take a little while before you are chosen to work your first few Ops. If you are having trouble getting chosen, it may be because you do not yet have a rating or do not have the skills required to complete that Op. Bidding on Ops with lower pay or longer hours, in the beginning, can help build your profile and credentials.
