Follow these steps to change your address within the app:
- Log into the app (if necessary).
- Tap the menu in the top left corner (three lines).
- Tap "View Account" under your name at the top of the menu.
- Tap "Manage Account" under your name.
- Tap your address and fill out your new address.
***Please note: If you select a PO Box for your address, you will not receive your Netspend Card. For further instructions on how to receive your card via your PO Box, take a look at this article.***
