If your Vault account has been closed and your remaining account balance was greater than $1.00, a check will be issued to the address on file. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of account closure for processing and mailing.*
To review the address we have on file for you, follow the steps below:
- Visit the Veryable mobile app and log in.
- Find the main menu by clicking the three lines at the top left.
- Select "View Account" located under your name.
- Click "Manage Account" found under your name and location.
- Your address will be listed in the second box under Contact Info.
If you no longer have access to the address on file and wish to update the address the check is being mailed to, please contact vault@veryableops.com. You may be required to provide an address verification document to verify your new address. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and mailing your replacement check.
*If it has been longer than 6 weeks and you have not yet received your closed account check, please contact vault@veryableops.com so that our Vault support team can look into this for you.
