You may have received a pop-up screen in the app prompting you to resubmit your Vault application. This is due to your previous application being out-of-date. To finalize the creation of your new account, you must complete the required steps and re-submit your application as soon as possible. Both our banking partner and Veryable require an updated and approved Vault application to continue use of the platform. Please note, payment processing and bidding capabilities will be unavailable pending completion of this requirement.
After your application is submitted AND approved, your pending Op payout will be reprocessed the following day. As a gentle reminder, payments are processed between 11 AM and 1 PM CST and should become available in your Vault account, our in-app payment solution, by no later than 2 PM CST.
