There are various reasons your Vault account could be closed. For example, inactive accounts without transactional activity for an extended period of time may be closed by the bank as part of their policy. Accounts with a negative balance may also be closed if the negative balance remains for over 60 days. These are not the only reasons your account could be closed, however, if you feel this is an error, contact vault@veryableops.com so that the Vault team can look into this.
Please note: As part of the recent bank migration, returning Operators with closed accounts may be able to consent to the new bank partner agreements and have their Veryable account reinstated. In this case, the Vault screen will continue to show that your Vault is restricted if no new accounts have been created for you yet. A new account can only be created once you work your first Op, receive a payout, and are approved for this new account.
