Physical debit cards take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive. If you have not received your card in the mail after 10 business days, first double-check the shipping address you selected for your card. You can do so by navigating to the Vault section of the app and clicking the Cards tab (second icon at the bottom). Here you will find your physical card order, the shipping address, and the card status.
If the address is incorrect, you may need to order a new card. To do so, follow the instructions below:
- Click the "Re-Order Card" button
- Choose a card design
- Confirm or change the shipping address
- Read the statement acknowledging that your previous card will be closed and a new card will be ordered for a fee of $4.00. Check the box if you acknowledge.
- Press "Order Debit Card"
If the address is correct, it is possible there were delivery issues or the card was returned to sender. In this case, the card cannot be re-sent and you may need to order a new card if you wish to have access to a physical card. You may also contact USPS to inquire about your mail as Veryable does not have further insight into the delivery of your card. Please refer to the steps above for card re-ordering.
