What is a reliability rating?

Your reliability rating comes from two main areas: disputes and withdraws. A company can dispute you for the following reasons: no-showing to the Op, arriving outside of the time window, showing up unprepared, etc. Any disputes will affect your reliability rating negatively. If you are bidding on Ops and then having to withdraw within 12 hours of the Op start time, the withdrawals will affect your reliability rating negatively.
