I have 64 ops under my belt since 11/22/21, a 4.5 star rating and I have forklift certification, and speak two languages and of the seven companies I have worked for I am in five labor pools ( was six but I haven't been back to one of them for two months and was removed, I believe), yet I have no applicable points on the Operators Club Leader Board and apparently no rank among other operators. I mean, what gives? I hardly think that's a just reward for all my achievements over such a short period. How does the Operators Club work and of what significance is the Leader Board to someone in my position. Does this reflect any detriment to my profile as an operator or acceptance rate to bids I have submitted? I just want to clarity on this matter for my own peace of mind. Thank you.
Hello Eduardo!
The Operator's Club points are awarded based on different actions on the app. Different Ops have different point values and they are cumulative through the month. When you say you have no applicable points, do you mean that you cannot see any Operator points in your app? Please email me at reviews@veryableops.com if this is the case and we can look into it further. Operator's Club standing has nothing to do with your capability as an Operator - we have thousands of Operators on our platform and depending upon the size of the Operator pool in your city, it is possible that other Operators are out there completing Ops every single day rather than picking up shifts every few days. You should be proud of your rating and certifications. Lastly, no this does not affect your acceptance rate. Companies cannot see your rankings in the Operator's Club.
Hi Benji,
Yes, that is correct, I see 0 points and I have never used them for any rewards in the past when I saw that I did have points. I didn't even know I could lose them if I didn't use them. It seems a little unfair to me but I am not all twisted up about the rewards or anything. I am happy to have work and to know that this doesn't effect how employers choose operators. I just don't understand what it is for if not everyone can take part in being rewarded for standing out even though we are doing very well, or better than others who are being recognized and rewarded. It makes it seem we are not playing on a level playing field. None of this is going to effect the work I do or how I do it, I am grateful for the work I have! I just want to be clear on that. I didn't start with Veryable for the Leaderboard rewards, but I do think you would want to know about how it's possible for good workers (or maybe some bad ones, too) to slip through the cracks. At any rate, thanks for the peace of mind!
