    I set up direct deposit ... with my chime card.. but also set up for a prepaid card.. the deposit hasn't been put on my chime card. Howe can I find out which card the money was deposited on?

    Hello Khaalis! I see that your first payout was processed to your Netspend card, and your second payment should process today for the Op you completed yesterday, as the payment schedule reflects.

    Hello Jesse! Once you updated your payment method to Vault, this is where your Op payments will go going forward. Remember that with Vault, you receive next day payment even during weekends and holidays. You are able to transfer your payments from Vault to an external account, but you can also create a virtual card and use it for important bill/rent payments or add it to your Apple/Google Wallet. You can order a physical card as well! Check out our Vault FAQs from inside the Vault portion of the app under "Vault Support."

    Hello Jesse! Vault is the only payment system that Veryable will use going forward. There is no way to deactivate Vault without deactivating your Veryable account.

    How are you doing? I've left messages about a missing payment for 1/27/22. I worked 5am-3:30pm. I received two replies saying I will get my payment but I haven't. My calls and texts are going unanswered. I just would like to receive the $140 that I worked for. Can you please help me

    Hello Derrick! I see where your payment was processed on 1/27. The $140 was processed to your Vault account.

    Sir I worked three days. 1/25,1/26,1/27. I only got paid for the 25th and 26th. Which is $280. I'm still missing $140. That' was alot of work at Daikin not to get paid for. This isn't fair.

    I worked On Tuesday the 1st an Op from 7am-3:30 Pm and did not receive my payment of $70. I see how common it is for people to not be getting paid and that is ridiculous. May someone assist me please?!

    Hello Senatus! In all of these cases that you are seeing, these Operators have been paid (as it is in your case) or there was a dispute from the business. You were paid to your Vault account on 2/2, the next day. You can access your payment by entering the Vault menu (Log into app>Main Menu>orange Vault button at the bottom). This will take you to your account where you can see your payment. If you have further questions, email us at vault@veryableops.com
