Suspensions typically occur when:
You have already created an account on Veryable's platform, then attempted to create a second duplicate account. In an effort to prevent Fraud, Veryable only allows one account per Operator. If you believe this is the case, please contact your local support by selecting Support - Chat or Leave a Message to verify your information and regain access of the correct account.
You have violated the terms of service concerning attendance, practice improper communication, and/or practice inappropriate behavior.
If you would like to have your suspension reviewed, you can request reinstatement.
I have never had an account with this app I had no idea it even existed until I attempted to make my account. I also did not break terms of service as the app does not even allow you to take ops until after you pass the prerequisites. My account was suspended during the background check, I have no criminal record or anything that would fail a background check.

That email chain was never responded to once I followed up. I was asked if the suspension occurred during the background check which I replied yes to and have been awaiting an answer since November, I have already opened another email chain via ticket. All I was asked to submit was my name and ssn both were inputted correctly; I would love to begin working alongside veryable as soon as possible, Thank you!
