If your Vault application has been canceled, this means that your Vault application was incomplete and had not been submitted for 30 days. To ensure that the most up-to-date information is on file, our banking partner requires that all necessary documentation be submitted within 30 days of starting your Vault application.
There is no need to worry! The Vault team is able to have your Vault application reset so that you can resubmit it. If you would like your Vault application to be reset, please reach out to the Vault Support team by emailing vault@veryableops.com or by texting the Vault Support line at (469) 772-6969.
Once your Vault application has been reset, you will have 30 days to submit your new Vault application. If you fail to resubmit your application within 30 days, it may be at risk of being canceled once again.
