What do I do when I see an unauthorized charge?

If you see a charge on your account that you did not authorize, please call the toll free number located in the app. To navigate to that menu, follow these instructions:

1. Log into the Veryable app and from the main menu, select the orange Vault icon at the bottom. 
2. Tap the last ellipses icon (three dots) from the bottom menu. 
3. Tap Vault Support. 
4. Tap the toll free number at the bottom of this support screen for all debit card related inquiries.
