How do I dispute a charge?

If it is for a refund, please make sure you attempt to contact the merchant prior to reaching out. 

If you wish to dispute a charge, please call the toll-free number located in the app. To navigate to that menu, follow these instructions:

1. Log into the Veryable app.
2. From the main menu, select the orange Vault icon at the bottom. 
3. Tap the last ellipses icon (three dots) from the bottom menu. 
4. Tap Vault Support. 
5. Tap the toll-free number located at the center of the support screen for all debit card related inquiries.
