Transfers can take 3-5 business days to process as acknowledged prior to initiating a transfer. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If it has been MORE THAN 5 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or navigate to the Vault Support menu to submit a ticket about your transfer. Make sure to include the date and amount of the transfer that you are missing. You will also be asked to confirm the routing and account number of your external bank account. If any of this information is missing, it will further delay resolution to your problem.
