I see that I have a cancelled Op payment on my Vault account. What is that?

The Vault payment process was created to get you your funds as soon as they become available. There are situations in which the Op payment needs to be adjusted or a business marks you as a no show and our system processes the payment before it processes the adjustment. The cancelled payment that you are seeing is our adjustment for this situation. If you feel as though there is an error with this cancellation, please contact your local Operations Coordinator for more details.
