It is possible that some of your transactions have yet to go through and thus a temporary hold is placed on your account for the transaction that you have already authorized. In some cases, the hold may be greater than the amount of the transaction. This is almost always seen when paying for gas at the pump. The gas station puts a temporary hold (usually $100) on your account until your transaction processes so that they can ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the transaction.
These holds are now viewable within the Vault section of the app. You will be able to see all hold-related transactions within the home page under "Account Holds."
***The common timeframe for these holds to either settle or "fall off" is 2-5 days, but it could take as long as 30 days for the merchant to remove the hold or settle the transaction. Veryable is unable to manually remove these holds or reach out to the merchant on your behalf. If you feel as though there is a hold on your account that needs to be removed, please reach out to the merchant that placed the hold for resolution.
