Why is my access denied? I have an error that says "You are not authorized to access this account."

    Hello Roosevelt! It looks like your last Op was on 5/20 and I don't see any bid activity on your account since that date. In order to work an Op, you have to bid and the business has to accept your bid. Be sure to check out the rest of our Help Center articles for more tips and information about the app!

    When I attempt to login using the app on my device, it says there is a log in error. Could this be an issue on the app itself or something I did?

    Hello Thomas! We had some issues with login yesterday, but they have been resolved.  If you normally log in with Facebook, you will need to use the email associated with your Facebook account to set a password. If you need more help, please reach out to us at support@veryableops.com

    After checking the notes on your account, it appears that your account is suspended due to a no-show to an Op. The suspension is currently set for 30 days. If you have questions, please reach out through the support feature within the app or email support@veryableops.com with your question.
