You may have to provide supplementary documents if your Vault application is "pending review." Here is a list of acceptable documents if documents are required:

- Insurance Bill/Statement
- Driver’s License (unexpired)
- Incorporation Documents (for businesses)
- EIN Letter (For businesses)
- SSN Verification***
- Filed Tax Return
- W-2
- Social Security Card
- 1099
ID Verification*: If an ID is required solely to verify date of birth, a birth certificate may also be accepted.
Address Verification**: Any document must be current within the last 6 months to be considered valid. Utility Bills, Bank Statements or Pay Stubs must be current within the last six months. Lease agreement must still be valid (ex. 12 month lease dated 10 months ago).
SSN Verification***: Tax Return or W-2 must be within the past two years of filing.
Please ensure that when taking these photos that they are clear and unobstructed to ensure quick resolution. Uploading the wrong documents or photos that are out of focus will further delay your application.
