I forgot my password and am unable to get into my account. What do I do?

    I changed my password in the link that you sent me in the email and it’s not letting me access my account , I don’t know why??? But I have tried all of your suggestions and nothing is working !!! Iv been trying all year to access my account under the email of / Edward.darmstrong@icloud.com

    After looking back through the tickets submitted, the Ops Coordinator in your local market responded within one hour of your password inquiry on Tuesday. With these types of request, we verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. You did not respond to this inquiry on Tuesday. On Friday, he reached out twice (once at the beginning of the day and once at the end of the day) to ask if you still needed help with the issue. We do our best to respond in a timely manner, but if you do not respond to the ticket that you sent in, then we cannot properly assist you. Please search your email for the ticket number (186996) and respond to the inquiry for further assistance.
