I need to report a lost or stolen card.

If your card was lost or stolen, visit the Branch app and lock your card immediately, this will prevent any fraudulent activity from happening.

Once you have locked your card, order a new card directly through the Branch app, or call their 24/7 card support line at +1 (769) 227-3737.
