The best way to order a new card is through the Branch app:

1. Navigate to the "Wallet" tab in Branch app.
2. Tap the three dots on the top right corner of the card displayed to open the "Card Controls" menu.
3. Select Order Replacement Card.
4. Select the option that best applies.
5. From here, you can also update your address (if needed).

Please keep in mind cards can take 8-12 business days to arrive.
