W2 Ops with Veryable

Veryable is excited to offer Ops that you can work as an employee through an Employee of Record (EOR) partner, Ascen. 🎉 What does this mean for you?

• 💵 Payment: Payment is deposited every 2 days, Monday- Friday. Taxes will be taken out based on your selected withholdings. You will receive a W2 from Ascen with previous year earnings. 
• ➕ Benefits: Ascen provides health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance for employees on Ops who meet eligibility requirements.
• 🤸‍♂️ Flexibility: The same ability to choose your own schedule and frequency of work. 
• ✍️ Onboarding: Similar to the way you onboarded onto the Veryable platform, you will need to complete a W4 and I9 through Ascen when bidding on a W2 Op.

How do I complete the onboarding?

When you see the pop-up for a W2 Op and select "Sign Me Up", and you will be directed to the Ascen dashboard to complete your onboarding. You will receive notice after your bid has been accepted by the business where you placed the bid. This onboarding will look similar to the onboarding steps that you completed on the Veryable app, however there will be a couple of different forms you will need to sign to become an employee through Ascen which will include items such as selecting your withholdings, completing your I9, setting a payment method, and completing your profile with Ascen. You do not need to complete the Ascen Onboarding to bid and work on the Op, however you will not be paid out until you do so.
