No, you will not receive a W-2. As an independent contractor through Veryable, As the facilitator of your Op payments, to qualify for a 1099-K you must have made over $20,000 and have had over 200 payouts. Qualified recipients will be able to check their eligibility and will receive an email to give consent for e-delivery, if you do not you will receive your 1099 via USPS to the address on file.

Reminder: Even if you don’t qualify for a 1099-K, you may still need to report your income to the IRS. We recommend consulting a tax professional for guidance on your specific tax obligations.
Note: If you worked any Ops that are W2 Ops through Ascen, you will receive a W2 from them, not Veryable. Please email support@ascen.com from questions regarding your W2.
