How do I get a copy of my tax form?

If you need to see how you filled out your W-9 tax form, follow these easy steps:

1. 1. Open your Veryable app and sign in if necessary. 
   2. Click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner (three lines).
   3. Click the Pre-Reqs tab.
   4. Click “Request a Copy” under the W9 Tax Form option and you will receive a copy via email.
      
      

If you need a copy of your current 1099-K:

1. Open the Veryable app and sign in if necessary.
2. From the Dashboard, tap on the Payouts screen option.
3. Below your year-to-date earnings, select the "Request a 1099" button.
   

If you qualify, your 1099 will be sent to the email address we have on file. If you need to update your email, please contact us via the in-app chat or email support@veryableops.com.

If you do not qualify, you’ll see an in-app message explaining why the 1099 couldn’t be generated.

Reminder: Even if you don’t qualify for a 1099-K, you may still need to report your income to the IRS. We recommend consulting a tax professional for guidance on your specific tax obligations.
