How can I switch payment methods?

Switching your payment between Branch Wallet and Branch Direct is easy!

With Branch Direct, all you will have to do is add your Discover, Visa, or Mastercard debit card! Make sure to input the correct card number, expiration date, and cvv.

With Branch Wallet, you will be prompted to complete an application, Please review all of your information to make sure that all your personal information is correct. Once approved you will need to claim you wallet via the Branch app. Make sure to click "Go to Branch app" from the Veryable app, or else you will not be able to claim your wallet. 

If you haven't already selected a payment method, you will see a blue banner on the dashboard prompting you to select a payment method. 

To switch your payment method click the main menu -> Pre-Req's -> Payment Method -> Manage. From here you can select the payment method you want to switch to and make it your default payment method.
