Something on my background check report is wrong. What can I do?

If your background check report includes information that you believe is inaccurate, please:

1. Log into Checkr's Candidate Portal and "Report an Error" at the bottom of the page. You can upload any supporting documents as well.

2. You may also:

• Submit an email request to Checkr's support team and upload any supporting documents
• Call Checkr at 844-824-3257
• Mail your dispute with any supporting documents to: Checkr Inc. 1 Montgomery St. Suite 2400. San Francisco, CA. 94104

Checkr will review and verify the contested information during a reinvestigation.
