If you are having issues clocking into your Op, please make sure that
Your location sharing service are not enabled
Not enabling this will result in delays in payment as well not allowing for the check in/out feature to function properly.
You are not at the location of an Op
Your phone must recognize that you are still in the location or else you will not be able to input the code.
Your Check in/out window has expired
If you are receiving this error message, please speak with your supervisor before you leave the Op location.
Your Op location might be utilizing facial recognition kiosk for check-in.
If you are not being prompted to login with a code, the Op locations might require you to check in/out via another method. Make sure to follow the prompts that come up on your phone screen when checking in/out.
You are not inputting the correct code
Make sure you are inputting the correct code for your Op as check in/out codes are different. Remember, if you are on a multi-day Op, your code will be different each day as well. If the wrong code is input, you will receive an error.
