Veryable is introducing a new way to check in/out seamlessly from your mobile device!
How will this benefit you?
- A Simple Process: Once your location services have been turned on, you will easily be able to check in and out from your mobile device!
- Attendance Verification: Your time is automatically recorded in the check in/out process.
- Decreased Payment Delays: Compliance with the new attendance verification means you'll be paid promptly for your time worked.

Allow Location Services:
You will first want to enable your location service. Not enabling this can result in issues with your Op and potential delays in payment. If your locations services are disabled, you will see the error message below.
Arriving to the Op Location:
You will not be able to check in or out of the Op unless you are at the Op location. You will see an error notification (pictured below) and you will not be able to check in.
Check In:
Once you arrive to the Op location you will be able to check in. You are able to check in up to 30 minutes before the Op start time and 2 hours after the Op starts, if the business allows you to. If you do not check in, you will be receive a payment dispute, so please make sure to check in once you arrive to the Op to avoid payment delays.
To check in, your Op supervisor will provide you with a unique check in code. Input the 4 digit code, tap submit, and you are all set!

If the Op you are working is not using our check in/out feature via app, you will see the notification below. Please follow the prompts on your Veryable app:
Break Times:
If you Op location uses the check in/out feature via the app, you will not need to clock out for business approved break times.
If your Op location uses facial recognition verification, please make sure you use the kiosk to start and end your break if the business requires it.
Check Out:
Once you have completed your Op, you will then be prompted to check out. You will only be able to check out while you are still at the Op location. Failure to check out can cause payment delays.
If the Op uses facial recognition verification, please check out at the Kiosk.
Reminder: Failure to check out can cause payment delays, so please remember to check out.
**If you missed your check out, you will see this error message pop up. Make sure to contact your Op supervisor before leaving the facility to ensure your time worked is correctly accounted for.
