What is a reliability rating?

Your reliability rating comes from two main areas: disputes and withdraws. A company can dispute you for the following reasons: no-showing to the Op, arriving outside of the start time window, showing up unprepared, etc. Any disputes will affect your reliability rating negatively. If you are bidding on Ops and then having to withdraw, the withdrawals will affect your reliability rating negatively. The closer to the start time you withdraw, the higher the negative impact on your profile
