What do the stars mean on my rating?

After completing an Op, you will be rated 1 to 5 stars on the following categories: Quality/Proficiency, Safety, Timeliness and Attitude. These four categories combined give you an overall rating of 1-5 stars. Businesses are more inclined to select Operators with higher ratings.
