If a business is disputing your attendance, this means that they do not have any record of you fulfilling an Op. This typically occurs when an Operator:
- Does not show up for the Op
- Did not check in for the Op
- Shows up unprepared (i.e. inappropriate clothing, or lack of PPE)
- Shows up outside of the start time window (i.e. Late to an Op)
- Other (i.e. behavioral issues, misconduct, etc.)
Please contact your Operations Coordinator if you feel as though this is an error.
If you are at the Op location and you received a notification that you have been disputed, it might be because you forgot to check in. If you do not check in within the time frame allowed by the business, you will be immediately disputed. Please speak with you Op supervisor to ensure your time is accurately recorded to avoid delays in your payment.
