How do I change my name in the app?

Because this serves as a potential security risk, we do not allow you to change your name once on the platform. If your last name has changed due to getting married, your name is showing incorrect or your profile has a misspelling you can send a request through the in-app chat feature or to support@veryableops.com. However, the final determination rests with the discretion of our team on name changes. Unfortunately we are unable to update your profile to a preferred name or nickname as your profile must match your legal first and last name.
