Should I bid on multiple Ops that start at the same time or have any kind of schedule conflict?

Definitely! We want you to find an Op that fits your needs as well as your abilities. If there are multiple Ops that fit your skill set and your schedule, you should bid on those Ops (whether it be 2, 3, 4, etc) to increase your chances of working for that day. Once you have been accepted for an Op, our technology makes it impossible for you to be accepted to multiple Ops that have schedule conflicts. This will allow you to bid with peace of mind.
