We understand that getting accepted to your first couple of Op's seems challenging and tedious.
If you are having trouble being chosen, here are some tips to increase your chances of getting accepted to your first couple of Ops:
-
Place as many bids as you can, with as many businesses as you can! Operators that place 10+ bids per day have higher chances of getting accepted for their first couple of Ops- consistency is key!
-
Bid on Ops with lower pay or longer hours, in the beginning, can help build your profile.
- Bid on Ops as soon as they are posted to maximize your chance of being accepted.
- Bid on "New Operator Friendly" Ops.
- Ensure your profile is completely filled out and updated to reflect all of your skill and certifications and industries.
-
Be mindful of your ratings! If you're accepted to an Op, make sure to show up on time and put your best foot forward. No-showing or withdrawing from an Op at the last minute will negatively impact your profile as a 1-star rating is awarded if any of these occur. Make sure to only place bids on Ops that you can commit to so that this does not happen!
