If you are receiving this error, it could be for two reasons: 1) You requested that your Veryable account be deleted or 2) Your account has been permanently suspended.
Veryable Account Deleted:
There are instances in which Operators may want to request account deletion. It may be that Veryable does not currently operate in your state or that you realize the platform does not fit what you were looking for. We always encourage Operators to simply delete the app from their device to retain the ability to return. If you decide to continue with your account deletion, this action is permanent. Because our platform hinges on Operator ratings, each Operator is only ever allowed one cleared account on the platform. Once your account is deleted, you are unable to return to the platform or create a new account.
Permanent Suspension of Veryable Account:
There are many reasons that your Veryable account could be permanently suspended. This could be due to increased/steady no-shows on Ops, abuse of Operator support, inappropriate behavior on an Op, threatening a business or Operations Coordinator, continued misuse of the platform, etc. Veryable retains the right to suspend, permanently or otherwise, any Operator account that we feel violates our terms or code of conduct. This decision is permanent and there is no further action needed from the Operator.

Hello Roosevelt! It looks like your last Op was on 5/20 and I don't see any bid activity on your account since that date. In order to work an Op, you have to bid and the business has to accept your bid. Be sure to check out the rest of our Help Center articles for more tips and information about the app!
When I attempt to login using the app on my device, it says there is a log in error. Could this be an issue on the app itself or something I did?
Hello Thomas! We had some issues with login yesterday, but they have been resolved. If you normally log in with Facebook, you will need to use the email associated with your Facebook account to set a password. If you need more help, please reach out to us at support@veryableops.com.

After checking the notes on your account, it appears that your account is suspended due to a no-show to an Op. The suspension is currently set for 30 days. If you have questions, please reach out through the support feature within the app or email support@veryableops.com with your question.
