Why am I getting an "Invalid Phone Number" error?

If you are getting an invalid phone number error, you may have created a duplicate account.

Don't forget: you are only allowed one account on Veryable's platform.

The only way the app will prevent you from updating your phone number is if the number you are using is verified on another account. Veryable does not allow people in the same household or those in a relationship to share phone numbers. To verify your current number, please reach out to support@veryableops.com and be prepared to verify your ownership with an itemized phone bill.
